Belmont Art Collective started as a small studio where the four of us could create—independently and in collaboration. As we’ve settled into the neighborhood, we’ve cultivated opportunities to share our work and connect with other writers and artists in our community.
Who We Are

Carolyn Supinka
Carolyn Supinka (she/her) is a visual artist and writer living in Portland, Oregon. She received her MFA from Oregon State University and BA from Carnegie Mellon University. Her poetry comics have appeared in Gigantic Sequins, Ecotone, HAD and Redivider. Her poetry has appeared in DIAGRAM, The Boiler, Sixth Finch, and Passages North, among other publications. She creates zines with and is a co-editor of Conjunction Press.
Her first full-length book of poetry and poetry comics, Metamorphic Door, is out now from Buckman Publishing. -

Alex Terlecky
Alex Terlecky is a fiction writer based in Portland, Oregon whose work has appeared in or earned recognition by Conjunction Press, Lumina Journal, The Masters Review, The Bellingham Review, and Oregon Writers Colony. Alex also DJs under the alias DJ Housecat.

Karolinn Fiscaletti
Karolinn Fiscaletti (she/they) is a poet, editor, and educator based in Portland, Oregon. She holds an MFA from Portland State University and a BA from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She co-founded and edits Old Pal, a literary & arts magazine, and Literary Portland, a community resource for writers and the larger literary community. Her poems and reviews can be found in Lana Turner, submission, The Gravity of the Thing, Fourteen Hills, and elsewhere.
